Biography

Nicholas Robert Recchia has been an Illinois licensed attorney since 2012. After graduating with distinction from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law and Justice, Nicholas went on to graduate from the John Marshall Law School. Nicholas' areas of expertise include Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and General Civil Litigation. 

Nicholas Recchia is a trial attorney with over 11 years of litigation experience. He has tried over 50 jury and bench trials to verdict in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Circuit Court of Cook County, Circuit Court of DuPage County, Circuit Court of Iroquois County, Circuit Court of Kane County, Circuit Court of McHenry, and Circuit Court of Will County. Nicholas has also tried cases in Law, Municipal and Chancery Divisions in the various Illinois Circuit Courts. He has argued cases before the Illinois Court of Appeals, the Illinois Department of Employment Security, the Illinois Worker's Compensation Commission, the Illinois Secretary of State, and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Prior to his career as an attorney, Nicholas has served as a law clerk at Michael A. Alesia & Associates, P.C. and the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Nicholas is a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers and the American Bar Association. Nicholas, his wife Jamie, and their daughter Bella, reside in Elmwood Park, Illinois.
